Semarchy xDI allows to work with Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), offering the possibility to manage files and folders.

The following operations can be performed on HDFS directories:

  • Create directories

  • Delete directories

File Operations

The following operations can be performed on HDFS files:

  • Put files on HDFS

  • Retrieve files from HDFS

  • Delete files on HDFS

  • Move files on HDFS
