Name a workspace

Workspace names are displayed in the xDI Designer window title bar. If you use several workspaces, you may want to give them different names to tell them apart.

Follow these instructions to set a workspace name:

  1. Open the preferences by going to Window > Preferences.

  2. Select the General > Workspace category.

  3. In the Show workspace name field, enter a meaningful name related to your projects.

  4. Click Apply and Close to save the settings.

Saving the settings makes the workspace stores its name. Designer displays the active workspace name in the title bar every time you open it.
