Welcome to the Semarchy Contracts page.
This page contains Semarchy’s standard agreements governing the use of the Semarchy Data Platform, including software, cloud services, and related services, as specified in the applicable Order Form, Statement of Work (SOW), Purchase Order, or other transaction document executed between you and Semarchy.
Semarchy offers the Semarchy Data Platform through deployment models including SaaS, Self-Hosted, and as a Snowflake Native App and Snowflake Connected App. Because the terms applicable to each deployment option differ, separate agreements are provided based on the expected deployment type.
Our agreements are available in both English and French. Please select and review the version that corresponds to the language of your transaction document. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the version referenced in the signed transaction document will govern.
