Semarchy Training FAQ Customer & Partner Knowledge Base

An annual subscription model is now available to all our clients and partners who wish to train on our tools.
This subscription provides access to all training courses available on our Semarchy Academy website for a defined number of participants for 12 months, starting from the date of the corresponding quote signature. On the anniversary of your subscription, you can choose to cancel or renew to train new participants or to maintain access for those already trained to benefit from new courses.

For the valid subscription each company gets a User Admin profile who can add participants withing subscription limit. If you don’t have a subscription yet, please, reach out to your Account Executive or Partner Manager.

After purchase, you can contact register@semarchy.com and communicate the list of the participants to enroll. You can also reach out to your AE or CSM and they’ll handle registration for you

Learner name, email address, company name, course requested, and number of seats.

Yes, additional learners can usually be added within limits of the subscription package. Request can be raised by reaching out to register@semarchy.com.

Yes, partner discounts may apply depending on the partner agreement and training offering.

Yes, training can be purchased for consultants, contractors, and implementation partners.

Yes, access extensions can be reviewed and granted when justified. You can reach out to the email adress mentioned in the onboarding email

Check your Spam folder as the invitations are sent from an automated email noreply-training@semarchy.com. If the invitation is not there, reach out to your Semarchy representative

Certification is independent from the training, however it is strongly recommended to follow the official training before attempting the certification. If the learner is confident in their knowledge, they may attempt certification without going through the official training

Self-paced learning on our Semarchy Academy platform

Learners need to reach out to their Semarchy trainer (contact provided in the onboarding email) to request a training environment when they’ve reached the appropriate step in their training course

Learners can contact their Semarchy trainer through Forum on the Semarchy Academy platform. Please, note that the support remains strictly related to training materials and environments

Yes, signed quotations typically trigger enrollment and provisioning.

Yes, private customer training can be arranged and customized. However, this is outside the Training Team perimeter, you need to reach out to Professional Services team

Notify the training team or your Semarchy representative with updated learner details and the relevant course and PO reference.

The courses are self-paced on the e-learning, so there are no limits for the number of participants

Choose the subscription plan you would like to purchase from the training catalog, then contact your Semarchy representative to request a quote. Once the quote is signed, we will register the participant and send the invitation email.

Our trainings are online and self-paced, so there are no fixed sessions or schedules. Participants can start at any time once the enrollment process is completed and the invitation email has been accepted.

Certification packs and training subscriptions are separate products. Purchasing a certification pack does not automatically provide access to the e-learning courses or training environments. To prepare for the certification, we strongly recommend purchasing a training subscription, which includes access to the training platform and, depending on the course, hands-on environments and exercises.

First, request and sign the quote for the certification pack (or a single certification).
Once the quote is signed, contact the training team to schedule the certification session date.

No. Fundamentals certification prepares individuals to contribute under guidance.

Yes. Associate-certified professionals can independently deliver standard Customer 360 and Product 360 implementations.

Completion of two customer implementation projects in addition to training.

Semarchy training and certification requests must be made on behalf of a company – we’re unable to process quotes or invoicing for individuals. Please share your company name and a corporate email address so we can continue.

Most Semarchy courses are chargeable. Free access is only granted in specific partner-sponsored cases. If you believe you qualify, please share supporting evidence (e.g. confirmation from your Semarchy Partner Manager) and we’ll review your request.

Yes, it is possible to finance Semarchy training through OPCO. For this reach out to our partner Oxiane for paperwork.
